Reflective & Luminescent Tapes

Two types of tapes are available for low light and no light conditions.

Reflective tapes are used to print high visibility labels and signs that improve visibility in low light conditions.

In the example to the left the same sign was printed on reflective and premium vinyl tape. The photograph was taken under reduced light conditions. The top sign was made from the reflective tape and is obviously the brighter, and easier to read sign.

Reflective vinyl is available in a variety of widths and colors.

Luminescent tapes are becoming very popular for exit signs and emergency information, and are now required by NFPA 101 in stairwells and exit ways. Our tapes glow for up to ten hours and meet all requirements of NFPA 101. They are also excellent for marking switches, controls, equipment and other things where information needs to be communicated under emergency conditions.

Luminescent tapes for the Excel-4 are only available and in-stock from us.
